RULES FOR USING GIFT CERTIFICATES WITH THE VALUE OF WELLNESS-FITNESS-SPA "MORION"

Purchasing a gift certificate indicates:

- on the conclusion of an agreement between IP Fogel Agnessa Andreevna (TIN 390509152700) and the purchaser of the certificate, according to which the certificate holder has the right, during the validity period of the certificate, to demand from IP Fogel Agnessa Andreevna to provide spa services in an amount equivalent to the face value of the certificate, at the cost on the date of application, and IP Fogel Agnessa Andreevna has the obligation to provide such spa services, under the conditions specified in this gift certificate;

- on the consent of the holder of the certificate with these rules.

· The validity period of the gift certificate is six months from the date of purchase.

· Information on the spa services of IP Fogel A.A. and their cost is posted on the website at the link: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/jz7dK84fyTMhhg

· The funds on the gift certificate, within its validity period, can be used at once or in parts.

· In case of purchasing a spa service for an amount exceeding the nominal value of the certificate, the certificate holder has the right to pay the missing amount.

· To receive spa services under the certificate, you must pre-register by phone:

+7 (4012) 692-601. If plans have changed, you must notify at least 4 hours before the appointment. In case of no-show without warning, the certificate is considered used.

· The refund of the deposited funds is made within the validity period of the gift certificate. The amount paid minus overhead costs is subject to refund. Overhead costs are: the cost of the gift certificate form and packaging in the amount of 790 (seven hundred ninety) rubles. To return a certificate, you must present a cash receipt, a certificate form and write a request for a refund.

· In case of loss of a gift certificate, the amount paid is not returned and services are not provided under it.
