On the 9th floor there are 2 penthouses 300 square meters each with a huge private terrace, own winter garden, panoramic view of the city, including the new Kaliningrad stadium. Terrace of each room has a beautiful view of the lake – noise of the city streets remains behind the door of the room and gives the impression of a quiet privacy.
