RULES FOR USE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES OF THE HOFFMANN RESTAURANT

Purchasing a Hoffmann restaurant gift certificate indicates:

- on the conclusion of an agreement between RESTAURANT LLC and the certificate holder, according to which the certificate holder has the right to a one-time purchase of the services of the Hoffmann Restaurant in an amount equivalent to the nominal value of the gift certificate during its validity period;

- about the agreement of the gift certificate holder with these rules.

· The gift certificate is valid for six months from the date of purchase.

· The face value of the Certificate is used upon presentation at a time and in full:

    - if the invoice amount is less than the face value of the certificate, the difference is not paid to the Certificate holder;

    - If the invoice amount is higher than the denomination of the gift certificate, the difference is paid by the gift certificate holder in cash or by bank card.

· Multiple gift certificates can be combined.

· Additional discounts and special offers apply to restaurant services purchased using a gift certificate.

· The gift certificate will be returned within its validity period. The amount paid minus overhead costs will be refunded. Overhead costs are: the cost of the gift certificate form and packaging in the amount of 790 (seven hundred ninety) rubles. In order to return the certificate, you must present a cash receipt, a certificate form and write an application for a refund.
