RULES FOR USE OF A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR “MORION” wellness-fitness-spa SPA-SERVICES
Purchasing a gift certificate means:
- on the conclusion between the contractor and the purchaser of the gift certificate of an agreement in accordance with which the holder of the gift certificate has the right to use the spa-service specified in the gift certificate during the validity period of the gift certificate, upon presentation (availability) of the original certificate, under the terms of these rules;- on the consent of the acquirer with these rules.
• the gift certificate is valid for three months from the date of purchase;
• after the expiration of the gift certificate, the holder of the gift certificate has the right to use the spa-service on it, paying the difference between the cost of the spa-service, effective on the date of application for the provision of the spa-service and the amount of money paid under the gift certificate. • to receive spa-services under the certificate, a preliminary appointment is required by phone: +7 4012 692-601; in case plans have changed, it is necessary to notify at least 4 hours before the appointment. In case of non-attendance by appointment without warning, the certificate is considered used;
• spa-services received under the certificate are not subject to additional discounts and special offers;
• Refund of funds paid is carried out within the validity period of the gift certificate. To return the certificate, it is necessary to present the cash receipt, the certificate form, and submit a written refund application.
• in case of loss of the gift certificate, the amount paid is not refundable and services are not provided.
